Symptoms

Running rule syntax check gives warning message on all rules "Warning: Rule Validation failed to complete.  The validity of this rule is unknown. For more complete information, do a complete study validation."

Study validation does not give any further insight in the cause of this warning

Clicking on rule tests and trying to execute rule tests results in error like "The name '<String>' does not exist in the current context"
