Unable To Login CORBA Server Using OCA Windows Client (Doc ID 2067941.1)

We are experiencing following error while trying to login to OCA client:
"failed to initialise session due to OCA server connection failue-org.omg.CORBA_COMMFAILURE VMCID minor code 208 completed"

Note: On server - we did check orbixd and it is working ( stopped and started).
