Selected Content Tab Rev Field Does Not Display Latest Revision On Web Client (Doc ID 2068041.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When adding item to Content Transfer Orders (CTO), value for Revision attribute in Selected Content tab is not set automatically to the latest Revision on Web Client.

Expected Behavior
When adding item to CTO, value for Revision attribute in Selected Content tab to be set automatically to latest released revision, just like "Old Rev" is set automatically for Affected Items tab of ECO on Web Client.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Web Client
  2. Create Part P1, create ECO against P1, and release it with revision 1
  3. Create ECO against P1. Go to Affected Items tab. See Old Rev field is automatically set to 1, which is latest released revision.
  4. Remove P1 from ECO
  5. Create CTO. Go to Selected Content tab and add P1. See Rev field is not set to the latest revision.
