ZRG8050I Version 3: Claim Lines Disappear (Doc ID 2068181.1)

On acceptance: version, Usage

When attempting to import and process a refund claim file with multiple claim lines in it for different types of care, using ZRG8050E version 3,
the following errors occur.

In claim line indication debit/credit is left empty.
The claim error for line 4 is now on line 1.
Claim lines 2 till 8 are missing from the claim.

--> This happens when in claim line 1 field 0420 (indication debit/credit) is left empty.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ZRG8050E, version 3

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process these claim files anymore.
