Arcret Not Returning Data

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On : 11.5 version, iDocumaker Workstation, System fails to return Data from archive.
The issue is reproduced as follows:
1. With iDocumaker, complete a transaction, which is then sent to the Archive table.
2. Use the Arcret utility to pull records one after the other to Archive in an external system.
It works perfectly fine, except for some cases where some specific transaction does not return proper data.
No PDF is generated for that transaction in the \DATA folder. The temporary file (.BCH) is also blank , and .NA and .POL files have only EndDocSet values. There is no data in the PDFLOG file, although it is created in the \DATA folder.
The system should generate a valid PDF file.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, production cycles are disrupted. Also, this invalid transaction gets written in the Trnfile.dat, however the PDFLOG.dat file does not have this transaction record entry.
When trying to match both the files, to get PDF pulled with policy numbers, user cannot reconcile the transaction to the policy number.
