On Agile Product LifeCycle Management (PLM) 931 When attempting to access Java Client the following error occurs.
'Application Blocked by Security Settings' 'Your security settings have blocked an application signed with an expired or not-yet-valid certificate from running'
Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Java Client
Certificate got Expired
Sign In with your My Oracle Support account
