Goal

Starting from OCSG 5.1 when no username/password is passed in OCSG APIs (SendSMS, SendMessage etc) ,"Unknown exception, internal system processing error" is received at the Client (SOAP UI) end.

How this behavior is recorded and in which log file in OCSG?
