Error In Processing ModifyProfile/CreateProfile Events In ECE

- In BRM, below opcode/flist is called to modify profile information:

0 PIN_FLD_INHERITED_INFO SUBSTRUCT  allocated 20, used 1

2 PIN_FLD_NAME STR  "UNLI_VOICE"
2 PIN_FLD_VALID_FROM TSTAMP  (0) <null>
2 PIN_FLD_VALID_TO TSTAMP  (1432810924) Thu May 28 19:02:04 2015
- It does not happen always but intermittently the below error is thrown in customer updater log:
2015-05-22 00:25:41.755 PHT DEBUG - - - - Received FAILED/CUSTOMER_LOCKED response: java.util.HashMap cannot be cast to java.util.NavigableMap

2015-05-22 00:25:52.079 PHT ERROR - - - - CustomerUpdaterMessagesBundle-10316: Event processing Failed for message ID 1693D54750E69BD5E0531500150A1B63 with error: 1693D54750E69BD5E0531500150A1B63 for payload
- In the ecs log, below error is logged :
ProcessorFrameworkMessageBundle-17000: Unexpected exception:
java.util.HashMap cannot be cast to java.util.NavigableMap
This results in the profiles information missing in ECE cache which impacts charging.
