Symptoms

When attempting to import a P6 project via Web Services the following error occurs.

Unable to retrieve the user fields from Primavera P6, no mappings will be available


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch PRA.
  2. File | Primavera | Open Primavera Project
  3. Import will complete, but will not be able to edit mappings.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot map fields when importing a P6 schedule.
