How to Configure a JMS ErrorQ for the OOTB Default OK AnalyticQueue and reprocess the error messages

The OOTB OK Analytics has by-default setup to retry failed JMS events repeatedly.  As a result due to whatever JMS error conditions (for example, see the Doc ID 1667374.1), the repeatedly retried failing JMS events will lead to AnalyticEventRouter logfile growing in size rapidly without bound.  By setting up the error queue the processing will continue and these records can be looked at and can be retried and if needed contact support for the reason for the error.
