Unable to Login to OCA Client After Upgrading ASAP

After upgrading to Oracle Communications ASAP 7.2.0 Patch 4.2, we are receiving the following errors on opening the OCA client.
"ASAP Daemon is down"
"Premature End of File"
In the WebLogic logs, we found the following exceptions:
