"An Error Has Occurred. Please Contact System Administrator" after Increasing the Team Member Session Timeout beyond Two Hours (in Team Member .EAR, Web.xml File) and after Login to Team Member and Being Inactive for More than Two Hours (Doc ID 2069753.1)

Symptoms

After increasing the session timeout in the Team Member .ear, web.xml file above 120 minutes, staying inactive in Team Member for under 120 minutes still results in a session timeout and generates the following error in the Log Files:
