When performing a Mass Item Change (for User Defined Attributes), a Yes-No prompt appears stating one or more items were rejected during the update process. The user is asked whether he/she wants to run a report listing these items and the reasons why they were rejected. After clicking 'Yes' to have RMS automatically generate the BI Publisher Report, it asks the user to select the 'Change Type' and 'User ID' prior to generating the report. Only then can you view the items that have been rejected and the reasons for the rejection.
