ASCP Planned Order Release - Implement Location Is Not The Value Expected By User (Doc ID 2069989.1)

Goal

We have planned orders in ASCP that are to be released as purchase requisitions but the location on the Release properties tab is showing the Implement Location tied to the inventory org rather than the Ship-To Location tied to the Supplier Site.
We need the location to be the Ship-To Location on the Supplier Site.
