Gross Need and Allocated Quantity Are Zero When One Item Is Discontinued (Doc ID 2070322.1)

Symptoms

Problem Summary

When creating an allocation with three items for one store and one item is discontinued, the gross need and quantity allocated are zero.


Steps to Reproduce

In RMS:
  1. Create fashion items
  2. Create packs for the items, 1 color, 5 sizes for each of the fashion items
  3. Stock the packs at a warehouse
  4. Discontinue one pack and the component items for 1 store

In Allocation
  5. Search for items
  6. Add release date
  7. Add 2 stores
  8. Add Rules: Subclass, RLOH (Rule Level On Hand), Cascade, Net Need, Add Min Need in Quantity Limits
  9. Calculate
 10. Go to View Details
 11. Note that the Active items at the store that has been discontinued have 0 Gross Need, Positive Net Need and 0 Allocated Final Quantity
