Work Order Demand quantity in the ASCP Planner Workbench is incorrect

The Work Order Demand quantity to be correct

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Batch.

2.  Change the UOM against an ingredient

3.  Run the ASCP Standard Collection, complete refresh


3. Run the ASCP plan
