Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.1.x, performance issue is observed on the Item Master form.  When attempting to view/edit an item, the form takes a noticeably long time to load/open.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Search for an existing item to view/edit it.
  2. Form takes a long time to load.
