RPM Component Detail Filter Does Not Work Properly (Doc ID 2070626.1)

Symptoms

In Retail Price Management (RPM) component detail, the filter function does not work properly.  When you click to filter on an item that is lower than the first record, it only pulls up the first record.  When you search for a specific item number and if you enter just the item number, nothing is returned.  If you enter the entire Merchandise ID, it will return a record; but it will only return the first record.    This issue also happens with the STATUS and CHANGE_AMOUNT columns.


What is Working:
  If you filter on the first record, the filter works as planned.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into RPM.
  2. Open Maintain Component.
  3. Enter a Promotion ID.
  4. Select a component for a simple promotion with multiple items.
  5. Filter any of the following columns to try and return a record from below the first row: Merchandise ID, Status, or Change Amount. 
  6. Note the incorrect filtering.
