Error encountered when BRM Collections tries to inactivate the purchased product
The collections process implemented on inactivates account's products when step #2 (Due date + 16 days) is reached. In some cases, this action is not finishing successfully. As a result, the products remain active while the account is in collections.
The bug arose due to customer's customization, and hence not easily reproducible.
1. Create a customer with PIN_FLD_CYCLE_FEE_AMT as NULL for the product.
2. Override the cycle fee for the product.
3. Move the status of the service to closed.
