Incorrect Trouble Message Sent to RMS from WMS When Performing Partial Replenishment (Doc ID 2070846.1)

Last updated on MARCH 12, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 13.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The container status changes from T (Trouble) to D (Distributed) after resolving the trouble code for the container without any distributed units.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Generate a partial replenishment.
  2. After performing the pallet let down, but before confirming the replenishment, apply a trouble code to the container.
  3. Complete the replenishment.
  4. Resolve the trouble.
  5. When removing the trouble code, the container status will go from T to D with no distributed qty.  Also, in table INV_ADJUSTMENT_TO_UPLOAD, an entry is made for INV_ADJUSTMENT_TO_UPLOAD.FROM_DISPOSITION  ‘TRBL’ to INV_ADJUSTMENT_TO_UPLOAD.TO_DISPOSITION ‘TRBL’ (this is incorrect).
