OPENUW32.exe not Resetting User IDs (Doc ID 2071031.1)

Symptoms


After upgrading to Oracle Documaker v11.5.4, the OPENUW32.exe is not resetting User IDs. Instead the message ' User FORMAKER has been reset' is returned.
