Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 6.1.x, when you run a Batch containing Allocations, the batch sporadically hangs in an ongoing status while processing a Lookup Table Driver Allocation. The Allocation process (ofspa) remains on the server but never completes.
The batch does not hang at the same Allocation every time. However, it always hangs when running a Lookup Table Driver Allocation.
Additionally, the ofspa log in $FIC_DB_HOME/log/FusionApps for the Lookup Table Driver Allocation always has the following at the end:
If you re-run the Batch, all Allocations complete successfully. You do not understand why the Allocations hang at random. This causes the processing cycle to stop.
