Unable To Scroll Down to See All Dimension Values in Endeca Record Browser (Doc ID 2071295.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When searching for dimension values in Experience Manager record browser, unable to see all the returned dimension values.
There is no vertical scroll bar thus unable to move through the list.
For a customer's case, it returned more than 7 dimension values and not all of them were displayed.
The issue occurs for all types of browsers.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Able to scroll vertically to go through the returned dimension values.

REPRODUCIBLE STEPS
1. Log in to Workbench and open Experience Manager
2. Open a content item created with Result List cartridge
3. Select either 'Specific records' or 'By Query' and click on 'Edit List" to bring up the record browser.
4. In "Search for" field, type some characters which return many dimension values.
