Goal

Noticing slow performance on Messaging Server, lots of imsbackup processes running and encountering this error in the default log:

[23/Oct/2015:01:39:26 -0700] mshost imsbackup[12766]: General Critical: Cannot connect to the watcher process

Question 1: Why is imsbackup logging the above message error?

Question 2: What is the explanation for the following sequence of events in the default and watcher logs?
