Customer Information Not Getting Synced To ECE (Doc ID 2071373.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.2.0.6.0 version, Customer data management

Customer updater was not syncing existing or new customer as expected. So the user manually modified the productOfferingCrossRefLoader.xml file with charge offer details. After which customerUpdater started successfully, but the existing accounts are not getting synced with ECE.

The expectation is that the customerUpdater should sync the existing accounts from the BRM database.

Followed the below steps to start ECE:
step 1: start nosql
step 2: start ecs1
step 3: configLoader
step 4: pricingLoader
step 5: pricingUpdater
step 6: ImportExport Utility to sync the metadata,config and pricing
step 7: productOfferingCrossRefLoader
step 8: customerLoader
step 9: customerUpdater
