ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EL Character Values are not getting loaded for Saved Searches.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
EL Character should load Values when using saved search

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do save with some EL Chars on specification. Try to select the saved search again on search page.
2. the ELs are not getting loaded with values.
