On : version, P6 Desktop Client, Visualizer

When attempting to launch Visualizer, it does not launch and the following error appears in the Visualizer log file:

Information Warn Exception during initialization failure for alias PROD, username admin : System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user 'privuser'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Visualizer from the Start menu.
2. Observe it does not launch.
3. View log file (Location:  <local drive>\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Visualizer.log).

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot launch visualizer.
