AutoVue Window Stays Blank and Unable to View File on AutoVue for Agile PLM (Doc ID 2071884.1)

JRE 1.7.0 update 51 or above is installed in client machine, and Java security setting is configured to "Very High" or "High"
Agile PLM 9.3.4


When opening file from AutoVue for Agile PLM 20.2.3, AutoVue applet loads but window stays blank screen for ever and unable to view file.
There is no obvious error message shown.
