AutoVue Window Stays Blank and Unable to View File on AutoVue for Agile PLM

JRE 1.7.0 update 51 or above is installed in client machine, and Java security setting is configured to "Very High" or "High"
When opening file from AutoVue for Agile PLM, AutoVue applet loads but the applet stays blank for ever and the file will not open.
There is no obvious error message shown.
What is Working
- Can Get, Checkout file
- Can Open file with native application
- Can open local file from AutoVue window
Client machine has Java 8 or Java 7 update 51 or above installed
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to Web Client
2. Add file to an item
3. View file using AutoVue
4. AutoVue applet loads, but it is blank
