PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_TAKE_ACTION Errored Out with PIN_ERR_NOT_FOUND

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version upgrading from 7.5 PS4, Collections Manager
Opcode PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_TAKE_ACTION errored out with PIN_ERR_NOT_FOUND on PIN_FLD_DUE_T field. This opcode was executed by pin_deferred_act utility.
1. Run pin_collections_process to generate some collections schedules
(Alternatively - you can also pick any account that is overdue and run PROCESS_BILLINFO opcode to generate future schedules)
2. Move pin_virtual_time forward to next scheduled action date and run pin_deferred_act
It failed with the error shown as below:
