Users experience slow performance when logging in to Team Member Web and Mobile applications, and the <P6 EPPM home>/tmws/logs/tmweb.log file contains a failed database connection entry similar to the one below:
SEVERE: Connection pool configuration error for database with id 2com.primavera.PhoenixException: Cannot open database "<DB_NAME>" requested by the login. The login failed".
