Symptoms

Slow performance logging in to Team member web and mobile application.

The Team Member log file will contain a failed database connection entry similar to the one below (Log file location: <P6 HOME>/tmws/logs/tmweb.logs):

SEVERE: Connection pool configuration error for database with id 2com.primavera.PhoenixException: Cannot open database "pmdb1" requested by the login. The login failed".
