When running an ETL graph on ETL integration server, the ETL component Bulk Add/Replace Records generates an unknown error. This graph has ran succesfully for months once every day. Then suddenly one day this error occurs.

The error is as follows:

 Execution of graph './graph/load_data/LoadData.grf' failed!
Component [Load all stories to Endeca:LOAD_ALL_STORIES_TO_ENDECA] finished with status ERROR.

Graph element [Bulk Add/Replace Records:BULK_ADD_REPLACE_RECORDS] failed with unknown cause.
Inner exception: org.jetel.exception.JetelRuntimeException: Graph element [Bulk Add/Replace Records:BULK_ADD_REPLACE_RECORDS] failed with unknown cause.
  at org.jetel.graph.runtime.WatchDog.watch(WatchDog.java:474)
  at org.jetel.graph.runtime.WatchDog.executePhase(WatchDog.java:642)

After restarting ETL server and Endeca Server the following error occurred only once when running a graph. Subsequent runs of graphs generated the error above again. The one-time seen error is as follows:

Component [Bulk Add/Replace Records:BULK_ADD_REPLACE_RECORDS] finished with status ERROR.
Component pre-execute initialization failed.
  Failed with the following IntegratorException:
  com.endeca.clover.adapters.exception.IntegratorException: Exception creating the BulkIngester:
java.io.IOException: Bulk load port already in use. Only one bulk load connection is allowed at a time.
