ReSA is Multiplying QTY Per UOM_QUANTITY (Doc ID 2072915.1)

Last updated on MARCH 09, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Sales Audit - Version 14.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

We note the following two issues with Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA):

Issue 1:
'UOM_QUANTITY' contains the weight of an item sold. If the item does not have a weight, then this column will contain the quantity that was sold. But Total Retail calculated by application is not correct if both QTY and UOM_QUANTITY get the same value.

Issue 2:
The field UOM_QUANTITY is being populated with an incorrect value when the field QTY has a value > 10.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create RTLOG
  2. Run batches to load RTLOG
  3. Validate values on [satrdetl] form
