Cannot Add Attachment Within CM

On : Contract Management 14.1 version, UCM

When attempting to add a new attachment,
the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Contract Management
2. Open a Document, add a new attachment in Attachments tab
3. System pops up an error page with only "null" displayed in this page.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add new attachment
