ASCP MRP fails with Signal 9 error in Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux program

Users reviewed note 1342195.1 and find the program fails at item id 52811925 and organization 118. However, they don't find in the collected data any large quantities, dual UOM or large quantities in the BOM. They do have though a large number of decimal places

Program was terminated by signal 9

FNDOAMCOL module: OAM Applications Dashboard Collection
Program was terminated by signal 9

The error is intermittent

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Constrained Plan with EDD
2. Plan fails as noted intermittently
