Setting "Use JNLP When Launching Applets" Equal To "True" Will Cause Applets In P6 To Display A Blank White Screen And Result In Applet Initialization To Fail

When loading any java applet within P6, the page displays a blank white screen and fails to initialize the java.exe process on the workstation.

When loading any java applet within P6, for the applet to load successfully in P6.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6
2. Browse to any area that uses Java Applets
3. Note the actual behavior above.
