Even Though APAYRA Batch Got Successful Payment Upload Acknowledgement with Completed Status, Payment Event Exception Logged for Unfrozen Payment (Doc ID 2074141.1)

After running the APAYRA Batch, while processing a Payment with Successful ACK, the Payment Event was created, however due to some reason the Payment was unfrozen. But the APAY Upload Status was updated to COMPLETE.

There was an exception logged in the Payment Event Exception table. However, no exception is logged in the Payment Exception table (CI_PAY_EXCP).

The payment should remain frozen when the status is updated as Complete.
If there is any error/issue, exception should be logged in the Payment Exception table (CI_PAY_EXCP).

The issue occurred with the following steps:

1. Run APAYRA Batch, processing a Payment with Successful Acknowledgement and the Payment Event created
2. Auto Payment Clearing Staging screen shows 'Uploaded Clearing Staging Record' with 'Complete' status
3. But in Payment Event screen it shows "Unfrozen Payments" for corresponding Payment Event Id
4. In Database, Payment Event Exception is logged (in ci_pay_evt_excp table), but nothing is found in Payment Exception (in ci_pay_excp) table

The concern is Payment Upload was marked as Complete even though the Payment was not successfully frozen and not all corresponding tables were updated accordingly for this failure.
