Transfer Quantity Inconsistency Among TSFDETAIL, ITEM_LOC_SOH, SHIPSKU and Other Related Tables (Doc ID 2074161.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 26, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 14.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

After sending a ASNOut RIB Message, transfer quantity gets inserted on TSFDETAIL with the exact transfer quantity which was passed in the message. But the value inserted/updated is different for other related tables (ITEM_LOC_SOH, TRAN_DATA, SHIPSKU, SHIPITEM_INV_FLOW, TSFITEM_INV_FLOW).

It was found that when the tsf_quantity in tsfdetail is multiplied in dist_pct in tsfitem_inv_flow, the value is equal to the quantity being inserted on other related tables (ITEM_LOC_SOH, TRAN_DATA, SHIPSKU, SHIPITEM_INV_FLOW, TSFITEM_INV_FLOW).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new item, assign 2 stores and 1 VWH.
2. Add the stock on hand.
3. Create a ASNOUT with QTY > SOH from WH to Store.

Result: TSFDETAIL shows correct QTY as in ASNOUT message for both TSF_QTY and SHIP_QTY columns. However, item_loc_soh, tsfdetail, shipitem_inv_flow, tsfitem_inv_flow and tran_data show incorrect QTY.
