ORDFIND Screen Hangs Indefinitely When Item Sequence Truck Splitting Method Is Used (Doc ID 2074218.1)

Symptoms

Ordfind (Order Search) screen hangs indefinitely when item sequence truck splitting method is used.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a New Order using ordhead (PO Header Maintenance) screen.
  2. Go to options.On the ordivmgt (Order Inventory Maintenance) screen, check 'multiple truck indicator' and 'split orders into truckloads' check box. Enter value as 1 for the chosen type.
  3. Go to ordfind screen and press Split Order button.
  4. Note that the screen does not return any results and the session is hung.
