Symptoms
Connecting the System Screening and System Enrollment Visits Causes Validation and ASB Generation to Hang
Validation hangs in started status. Baseline stays in pending status.
If baseline is deleted the following error happens on the validation job:
Internal Error. Contact Oracle Support. There is no row at position 0.
