Receiving "Unable to make a connection to OC4J instance" Error When Attempting To Access OPA OC4J Component in Enterprise Manager (Doc ID 2074381.1)

Symptoms

After changing the password for OC4JADMIN using the steps documented in Note: 280116.1, the following error occurs after click any of the OC4J components in the Enterprise Manager:

Unable to make a connection to OC4J instance component_name on Application Server AS10gR3.servername.
A common cause for this failure is an authentication error. The administrator password for each OC4J instance in the Cluster must be the same
