Messaging Server provides a feature called telemetry that can capture a user's entire IMAP, POP or HTTP session to a file. This feature is useful for debugging client problems. For example, if users complain that their message access client is not working as expected, this feature can be used to trace the interaction between the access client and Messaging Server.
