The MRP plan does not consider the seventh decimal place

Goal
When BOM define as follows, MRP plan do not create Planned order demand for ItemC.
Steps:
1. Create BOM
ItemA (Assembly)
+ ItemB (sub assembly) Qty:1
+ ItemC (component) Qty:0.0000008 (seventh decimal place)
2. Create MDS for ItemA as Qty:1000
3. Launch MRP Plan
4. MRP WORKBENCH > Supply/Demand
Item | Order Type | Qty | Action |
ItemB | Planned Order | 1000 | Release |
ItemB | Planned Order demand | -1000 | Demand |
ItemA | Manual MDS | -1000 | Demand |
ItemA | Planned Order | 1000 | Release |
As the results, there is no Planned Order demand for ItemC.
This issue always occurs when Qty set as seventh decimal place.
If the case of sixth decimal place, Planned Order demand for ItemC is generated.
