CustomerUpdater Goes Into Loop While Loading Initial Customer Data (Doc ID 2074632.1)

Goal

On : 11.2.0.7.0 version, Customer data management

Scenario:

*  At the time of startup, while loading initial customer data, CustomerUpdater goes into a loop

*  It was observed that all customers from BRM database were loaded into the ECE cache, but the following message kept on printing in the Customer Updater log.
