Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

When attempting to run installer install.sh
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Step: 35 failed with RC = -1. Error Text = PgmProcessor: Error returned from external program.
return code=-1
NameResolver: Resolving "Changing permissions of SH files ..."


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. install.sh
2. See section of log file :
