iCalendar 8 (Yosemite) Not Processing Calendar Invitations (Doc ID 2074711.1)

Symptoms

Using iCalendar 8 (Yosemite) calendar.app Version 8.0 (2034.9)

iCalendar 8 (Yosemite) clients are unable to process meeting invitations from inside of icalendar.

Calendar invite disappears after being accepted when using Mac OS Calendar on Yosemite.

Steps to Reproduce
------------------------
1) Create a meeting request in Convergence 3 Patch 1 and add an attendee
2) Have the attendee open iCalendar 8 (Yosemite)
3) Accept the meeting invitation in iCalendar 8 (Yosemite)
4) Invitation and meeting disappears from iCalendar.
5) Attendee checks Convergence and the meeting invitation is there BUT has not been accepted.
6) Have the attendee open/accept the invitation in Convergence 3 Patch 1. The attendee will then be able to see the calendar.

The following works fine with iCalendar 7 (Mavericks)
1) Create a meeting request in Convergence 3 Patch 1 and add an attendee
2) Have the attendee open iCalendar 7 (Mavericks)
3) Accept the meeting invitation in iCalendar 7 (Mavericks)
4) Invitation and meeting appears from iCalendar.

The following works fine with iCalendar 7 (Mavericks)
1) Create a meeting request in iCalendar 7 (Mavericks) and add an attendee
2) Have the attendee open iCalendar 8 (Yosemite)
3) Accept the meeting invitation in iCalendar 8 (Yosemite)
4) Invitation and meeting appears from iCalendar.

The following works fine with gmail
1) Create a meeting request in gmail and add an attendee
2) Have the attendee open iCalendar 8 (Yosemite)
3) Accept the meeting invitation in iCalendar 8 (Yosemite)
4) Invitation and meeting appears from iCalendar.
