Symptoms
Pre Rating Enhancement Processor (EP) does not match call number with area code containing only 1 character.
Given the following records in database:
<IFW_DESTINDESC TYPE="N" NAME="<LOCATION1>" AREACODE="9"/>
<IFW_DESTINDESC TYPE="N" NAME="<LOCATION2>,<LOCATION3>" AREACODE="2"/>
Matches should be found for called_numbers matching those values, but were not.
