Customer_order_loc_ind Indicator for Store Cannot Be Integrated from External System

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.1.x, e-comm store which is integrated from external system will have customer_order_loc_ind indicator set to 'N' by default as it is not available in store xml message.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a new store using XSTORE message type.
- Note that Customer_order_loc_ind indicator is not integrated to RMS from external systems.
