Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After any kind of Windows update in Windows 10, the SQL Server service is stopped and after a reboot, does not start automatically.  Due to this, the P6 application is unable to connect to the database.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After any kind of Windows update in Windows 10, the SQL Server service should continue running as normal and not be stopped due to an update.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive a notification to update Windows in Windows 10
2. Apply the update
3. Run P6
4. P6 cannot connect to the database.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot to the database via P6.
