Symptoms
After upgrading OFSAA from 8.0.0 to 8.0.1 and cloning to a second server by following the Environment Cloning Guide, when accessing the web application after a successful login, the screen remains blank. No errors are found in any of the Web Server logs. However, in the Internet Explorer (IE) browser console, there is a js error:

SCRIPT5022: Load timeout for modules: jqueryui http://requirejs.org/docs/errrors.html#timeout
File: require.js, Line: 8, Column: 137
OR
SCRIPT5009: 'selApp' is undefined
File: App.js, Line: 92, Column 3
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Install ENV A with 8.0.0
- Clone ENV A to ENV B with success
- Upgrade ENV A to 8.0.1 with success
- Clone ENV A to ENV B
When accessing ENV B, after login the screen remains blank, without any menu.
