Copying a Project or WBS With More Than 6000 Activities Takes a Long Time Using SQLite

Symptoms
In P6 Professional, copying a Project or WBS with more than 6000 activities causes the application to hang.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start P6 Professional 8.4.5.0 using a SQLite database.
2. Open a Project containing 6,000 tasks in one WBS.
3. Go to menu Project, WBS.
4. Copy the WBS with 6000 activities to another node.
The WBS is eventually copied but it takes too long. Similar steps can be utilized to reproduce the issue copying a project.
